Abstract

The field of organizational management shows continuous progress but Emotional Intelligence (EI) now serves as a vital element that supports both employee retention and work efficiency. This study investigates how Emotional Intelligence impacts Human Resource Management (HRM) practices to develop a sustainable workforce which supports Viksit Bharat 2047 goals. The paper shows that EI-based HR strategies which include recruitment and training plus leadership development and employee engagement initiatives create better organizational performance and stronger organizational resilience. Organizations achieve better work environments and lower employee turnover rates through applying emotional competencies to their HRM systems while their overall performance improves. The research demonstrates that emotionally intelligent HR practices create adaptive and innovative human capital which national development needs to thrive.
